Marc Sokol
Co-Founder and President
Marc Sokol is the President and co-founder of Commack Solutions. Marc has over 40 years’ experience building, managing, and investing in technology companies. He is also currently a Partner at Florida Funders and Chair of the Florida Funders investment committee. He co-founded the application development tools company Realia, Inc. and ran it until it was acquired by Computer Associates (CA) a multi-billion-dollar business software company. At CA Marc held a number of executive positions and left in 2000 to join JK&B Capital as a general partner responsible for investing in

Michele has over 30 years’ experience in operations and senior level management. Prior experience includes successful performance as VP of Operations and an integral key member responsible for the exponential growth of a proprietary software company in NYC.
William Sokol
Board Member
Mr. Sokol has 15 years of service and contractor experience at the Federal, State, and Local government level with a focus on information technology solutions. He has held sales, marketing, and technical leadership roles at public and privately held companies. As a board member, Mr. Sokol advises Commack Solutions on marketing and business development matters.
